use of the NautiluxEco website www.nautiluxeco.com and Services provided by
NautiluxEco (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
1. Services
We provide AI-driven maritime tech for vessel performance monitoring, including real-time
dashboards, historical analysis, anomaly detection, forecasting, and recommendations
(Starter, Professional, Premium tiers). Services are cloud-based SaaS.
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
To use Services, create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for account security. Subscriptions are tiered:
• Starter (NowSight): real-time monitoring.
• Professional (DataRetrospect): adds historical/ML features.
• Premium (PredictiveEdge): full suite.
Subscriptions are recurring (monthly/annual as selected). Fees are non-refundable except
as stated. We may change pricing with notice.
3. Payment
Payments via [insert methods, e.g., credit card/Stripe]. You authorize recurring charges.
Late payments may suspend access. Taxes are your responsibility.
4. Use Restrictions
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify Services.
• Use for illegal purposes or to harm others.
• Overload systems or introduce malware.
• Share credentials or resell access.
We own all intellectual property in Services. You retain rights to your fleet data but grant us license to process it for providing/improving Services.
5. Data
You own your input data. We process it per Privacy Policy. You warrant you have rights to provide data (e.g., vessel/IoT data).
6. Termination
You may cancel anytime via account (access ends at period end). We may
suspend/terminate for breach, non-payment, or abuse, with or without notice.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers Services provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties (fitness for purpose, uptime beyond SLAs if any). Maritime decisions are your responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability limited to fees paid in prior 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You indemnify us against claims from your misuse, data violations, or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms governed by Cypriot Law.
11. Changes
We may update Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
